A Waterman Phileas fountain pen in green marble with black and gold trim. The pen measures 5 1/4 inches capped. This pen has a Waterman converter installed and will also take Waterman cartridges. One will be provided with the pen. The stainless steel is a smooth medium. There is some pitting on the nib, however, this does not effect how the pen writes. A very nice pen!
