A very nice Sheaffer Targa fountain pen in gold plate. The pen measures 5 5/16 inches capped. The inlaid nib is marked Sheaffer USA 585 14K and is a fine. I installed a new Sheaffer converter and will supply a Sheaffer cartridge as well. The pen has micro scratches, otherwise it is in very nice condition.
