A beautiful vintage Sheaffer's flat top fountain pen in a black, yellow and gold pattern. The pen measures 5 3/16 inches capped. This is a lever fill pen which works properly. The 14K gold nib reads Sheaffer's Lifetime and is a smooth fine. There is slight discoloration to the body of the pen which is quite typical for pens of this era. There are 2 minor issues with this pen. The clip does not sit flush against the cap and there are some small marks on the nib. The nib is in good condition i.e. the tines are aligned properly and there is a good amount of tipping. This does not affect the way the pen writes. Overall, this a beautiful example of a vintage Sheaffer's fountain pen.
