Beautiful black Parker Model 17 fountain pen made in the UK in the 1960s. The pen measures 5 1/4 inches capped. It has an aerometric filling system which works properly and is somewhat clear. The filling system is marked The Parker Pen Co. LTD London, England. The nib is a medium and the pen writes nicely. A lovely fountain pen!
