An excellent Sheaffer 440 fountain pen in brown with a polished stainless steel cap produced in the 1970s. The pen measures 5 1/16 inches capped. The pen has a Sheaffer button fill which works properly. The nib is an inlaid stainless steel which is a fine. A very nice fountain pen for a gift or an every day writer!
