A beautiful vintage Parker 51 Special fountain pen and pencil in the original box. The set is grey with polished stainless steel caps and black jewels at the end of both caps. The pen measures 5 5/16 inches capped. This is an aerometric filler which is in excellent condition. The imprint reads "Parker 51 Special To Fill Press Ribbed Bar Four Times, The Parker Pen Co. Made in USA. The nib is made of octanium (an alloy) and is a smooth fine/medium. The pencil measures 5 inches and takes 0.9mm lead which is easy to find. The mechanism moves freely and there is lead in the pencil. This is a beautiful set in the original box!
